In Marvel Superheroes Secret Wars, writer Jim Shooter gives the readers what they want: big battles between good and evil, but also moments of quiet contemplation which show superheroes are people made of flesh and blood. Like everyone else they have their doubts and fears. I find comfort in that in these trying times.
